Liz Federowicz advises public and private companies on a broad variety of commercial law, general corporate matters, and merger and acquisition transactions.
Prior to joining Fenwick & West, Liz worked as Assistant General Counsel for Outspoken, Inc. managing the legal aspects of the company’s business operations, including business affairs, contract drafting and negotiation, corporate secretarial tasks, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property monitoring, compliance, and consumer protection issues.
During law school, Liz was a Merit Scholarship recipient, co-chair of the Entertainment Law Association, and a Managing Editor of the Women’s Law Journal. While attending law school, she was a Legal Affairs Intern for CBS Broadcasting, Inc. and an Extern in the Public Integrity Division for the District Attorney’s Office of Los Angeles County. In 2002, Liz received her B.A. degree from The Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University.
