Elizabeth (Liz) G. Federowicz counsels technology and life sciences companies and venture capital investors, with an emerging blockchain practice.
Prior to joining Fenwick & West, Liz served as assistant general counsel for Outspoken, managing the legal aspects of the mobile messaging company’s business operations.
While attending law school, Liz she was a Merit Scholarship recipient, co-chair of the Entertainment Law Association and a managing editor of the Women’s Law Journal. She also served as a legal affairs intern for CBS Broadcasting, and an extern in the Public Integrity Division for the District Attorney’s Office of Los Angeles County. Prior to law school, Liz co-founded Royal Road Entertainment, producing independent films in Los Angeles including the 2018 Netflix release The Other Side of the Wind, the last film by Orson Welles.
