Hailey Teton is a litigator in the firm’s Intellectual Property and Technology Litigation group, focusing on trademark, trade secret, copyright and patent matters as well as other complex commercial disputes. Hailey has successfully resolved disputes in both federal and state court and has gained substantial experience representing technology clients in arbitration and mediation proceedings. Hailey recently defended software enterprise companies and a semiconductor company against technical trade secret misappropriation claims. She also has experience defending social networking and software application clients against a variety of intellectual property and commercial claims.
While attending law school, Hailey was Senior Managing Editor of the Hastings Race and Poverty Law Journal. She also served as a Judicial Extern to the Honorable Kathryn M. Werdegar of the Supreme Court of California and the Honorable Edward M. Chen of the United States District Court in the Northern District of California.
