Fenwick & West represented Palamida, Inc., provider of Software Composition Analysis solutions, in its acquisition by Flexera Software LLC, provider of next-generation software licensing, compliance, security and installation solutions for application producers and enterprises. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
