Fenwick Represents Accel Partners in Leading UserTesting’s $45.5M Growth Equity Investment

Fenwick & West LLP represented Accel Partners, a global venture capital and growth equity firm, in leading its recently announced $45.5 million growth equity investment in UserTesting, an advanced user experience platform, with participation from OpenView Venture Partners. In conjunction with the investment, Kobie Fuller, principal at Accel, will join the company’s board of directors.
