Fenwick & West represented BeyondCore, Inc., a business-intelligence and analytics company, in its acquisition by salesforce.com, inc. (NYSE: CRM), provider of customer relationship management software. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
The acquisition will position BeyondCore to extend their smart data discovery and advanced analytics capabilities across the entire Salesforce Customer Success Platform.
