Fenwick Represents Bolt Threads in its $123 Million Series D Financing

Fenwick & West represented Bolt Threads Inc., a leading startup developing high performance fabrics using proprietary breakthroughs in industrial biotechnology, in its $123 million Series D financing. The round was led by Baillie Gifford with participation from Formation 8, Founders Fund, Fidelity Management, Research Company and Temasek.
