Fenwick Represents Callyo in Acquisition by Motorola Solutions

Fenwick represented Callyo, a cloud-based mobile applications provider for law enforcement, in its acquisition by Motorola Solutions, Inc. (NYSE: MSI), an American data communications and telecommunications equipment provider.

This acquisition will add critical mobile technology capabilities to Motorola Solutions’ existing command center software suite. More information can be obtained from the company's announcement.
