Fenwick Represents Cisco in its $320 Million Acquisition of Leaba Semiconductor

Fenwick & West represented Cisco Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: CSCO), the worldwide leader in networking, in its acquisition of Leaba Semiconductor Ltd., a venture-backed fabless semiconductor company based in Israel. Under the terms of the agreement, Cisco will pay $320 million in cash and assumed equity awards, plus additional retention based incentives.
