Fenwick Represents Cisco in Pending Acquisition of Valtix

Fenwick is representing Cisco Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: CSCO), a worldwide leader in technology, in its pending acquisition of Valtix, a privately held cloud network security company founded in 2018.

As a strategic investor in Valtix since 2020, Cisco supports Valtix’s commitment to simplify network security, protecting workloads no matter which cloud they are created or consumed in. Pending the close of the acquisition, the Valtix team will join Cisco’s Security Business Group, where they will work closely to integrate into Cisco’s Security Cloud portfolio and accelerate Cisco’s path to delivering a seamless experience in securing workloads across multicloud environments.
