Fenwick Represents Concur in its Acquisition by SAP for $8.3 Billion

Fenwick & West represented Concur Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ:CNQR), a leader in the multi-billion market for travel and expense management software, in its recently announced acquisition by SAP America, Inc., a subsidiary of SAP SE (NYSE:SAP). The per-share purchase price of US$129 represents an enterprise value of approximately US$8.3 billion. The Concur board of directors has unanimously approved the transaction.
