Fenwick Represents depthfirst in $80M Series B Funding

Fenwick represented depthfirst, an applied AI lab on a mission to secure the world’s software, in its $80 million Series B funding. The round was led by Meritech Capital with participation from Forerunner Ventures and The House Fund, and existing investors, including Accel, Box Group, Liquid 2 Ventures, Alt Capital, and Mantis VC.

depthfirst will use the funds to train additional security models across new domains, expand its AI research team, and scale enterprise adoption. More information can be obtained from the company announcement.
