Fenwick Represents GiveGab in Acquisition by EveryAction

Fenwick represented GiveGab, an online fundraising platform for nonprofits, in its acquisition by EveryAction, a leading unified customer relationship management (CRM) platform serving nonprofits of all sizes.

With this acquisition, EveryAction clients will be introduced to GiveGab’s Giving Day product that has raised billions online and helped more than 40,000 nonprofits engage with their supporters.
