Fenwick Represents Grid Aero in $20M Series A Financing

Fenwick represented Grid Aero, builder of autonomous long-range cargo aircraft enabling resilient distributed logistics, in its $20 million Series A financing. The round was led by Bison Ventures and Geodesic Capital with participation from Stony Lonesome Group and Alumni Ventures, alongside returning investors Ubiquity Ventures, Calibrate Ventures, and Commonweal Ventures.

Grid Aero will use the funds to boost testing and production of its Lifter Lite aircraft. More information can be obtained here.
