Fenwick & West represented Kanjoya, Inc., a leading workforce intelligence and analytics platform for enterprises, in its acquisition by Ultimate Software, Inc. (NASDAQ: ULTI), provider of human capital management (HCM) solutions in the cloud. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
