Fenwick Represents Knock in Acquisition by RealPage

Fenwick represented Knock, a provider of customer relationship management (CRM) and front office technology in the multifamily industry, in its announced acquisition by RealPage, a global provider of software and data analytics to the real estate industry.

Together, RealPage and Knock will create a next-generation operating platform to maximize net operating income (NOI) for the multifamily sector’s multi-trillion dollar asset class. More information can be obtained from the announcement.
