Fenwick Represents Mango Health in Acquisition by TrialCard

Fenwick & West represented Mango Health, a leading provider of mobile-based medication management and adherence solutions for the life sciences sector, in its acquisition by TrialCard Incorporated, a company that provides patient affordability, medication access and adherence, and patient support services on behalf of pharmaceutical manufacturers. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Fenwick has served as primary outside counsel to Mango Health for several years, led by corporate partner Michael Esquivel and associate Patrick Grilli.
