Fenwick Represents NetBox Labs in $35M Series B Funding

Fenwick represented NetBox Labs, an infrastructure management company, in its $35 million funding round. The round was led by NGP Capital with participation from Sorenson Capital, Headline, Notable Capital, Flybridge, Two Sigma, Mango, Salesforce, and IBM.

NetBox Labs will use the funds to continue their mission to make it easier to build and manage complex networks and infrastructure. Additional information can be obtained here.
