Fenwick Represents Niantic in Acquisition of NZXR

Fenwick represented Niantic, a leading augmented reality and mobile real-world company, in its acquisition of NZXR, an AR studio based in New Zealand.

Niantic’s acquisition of NZXR will accelerate new kinds of AR experiences for the real-world metaverse where Niantic’s explorers can create, contribute and interact with digital objects in a way that is persistent and shared by everyone.
