Fenwick Represents Propeller Health in its $20 Million Financing

Fenwick & West represented Propeller Health, a leading digital therapeutics company, in its $20 million financing. Aptar Pharma led the round with participation from existing investors, including Safeguard Scientifics, Social Capital, Hikma Ventures, 3M Ventures and SR One.

The funding will support Propeller’s investment in its pipeline of digital therapeutics and additional connected devices for the treatment of chronic respiratory diseases, an area of continued market growth for the company.
