Fenwick Represents Saildrone in $50M Investment from Lockhead Martin

Fenwick represented Saildrone, a global maritime autonomous systems leader, in its $50 million Investment from Lockhead Martin.

Saildrone will use the funds to accelerate and de-risk deployment of urgently needed defense technologies. Additionally, the investment will establish a collaborative relationship between Lockheed Martin and Saildrone systems integration teams to accelerate manufacture of new larger platforms and integrate Lockheed Martin payloads onto a variety of platforms. More information can be obtained here.
