Fenwick & West represented Sensity Systems, a leading provider of IoT solutions for smart communities, in its acquisition by Verizon Communications Inc. (NYSE: VZ), a leading communication and entertainment services company and operator of both wireless and fiber networks. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
The acquisition of Sensity Systems will accelerate the deployment of large-scale IoT implementations to drive digital transformation of cities, universities and venues.
