Fenwick Represents shopkick in its Acquisition by SK Planet

Fenwick & West represented shopkick, Inc., one of the country's most widely used real-world shopping apps, in its recently announced acquisition by SK Planet Co., Ltd., an affiliate of SK Holdings and SK Telecom (NYSE:SKM), and operator of one of South Korea’s most successful mobile platforms and shopper rewards programs. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
