Fenwick Represents SolveAI in $45M Series A Funding

Fenwick represented SolveAI, an AI company helping non-technical employees build enterprise software, in its $45 million Series A funding. The round was led by Google Ventures with participation from Northzone, Mantis VC, and NeverLift, along with Palantir CISO Mike LoSapio, Google DeepMind’s Pushmeet Kohli, and OpenAI’s Olivier Godement.

SolveAI will use the funds to ramp up platform development, boost integrations with corporate IT, and grow their forward-deployed engineering teams across North America and Europe. More information can be obtained here.
