Fenwick Represents tinyBuild in Acquisition of Animal

Fenwick represented video game label tinyBuild (AIM: TBLD) in its acquisition of Animal, developer of the multiplayer arena shooter, Rawmen.

The acquisition will expand tinyBuild’s position as a leading global developer and publisher, focusing on IP ownership while creating long-term scalable franchises across multiple media formats. More information can be obtained from the news announcement.

Fenwick recently represented tinyBuild in its acquisition of DogHelm Studios.
