Fenwick represented ToneDen, a self-service social-marketing platform that empowers creators to attract and grow audiences, in its acquisition by Eventbrite, a global self-service ticketing and experience technology platform.
Joining forces with Eventbrite will allow ToneDen to continue innovating on its creator-facing marketing platform. With Eventbrite, the company plans to bring its technology and expertise to help provide event creators with an all-in-one platform for their entire event lifecycle.
