Fenwick Represents WhiteHat in Acquisition by NTT Security

Fenwick & West represents WhiteHat Security, Inc., a leading application security provider committed to securing applications that run enterprises’ businesses, in its acquisition by NTT Security Corporation, a specialized security company within NTT Group, one of the largest ICT companies in the world. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Following the acquisition, WhiteHat will operate as an independent, wholly-owned subsidiary of NTT Security and enable NTT Security to provide one the most comprehensive end-to-end cybersecurity solutions.
