Fenwick & West represented Xamarin Inc., a leading platform provider that empowers developers to build fully native apps for iOS, Android, Windows and Mac from a single shared code base, in its acquisition by Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ: MSFT). Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
