Fenwick Represents Xwing in $4 Million Seed Financing

Fenwick & West represented Xwing, an autonomous-aviation startup, in its $4 million seed financing. Eniac Ventures led the round with participation from Array Ventures, Stripe founders John and Patrick Collison, Nat Friedman of Xamarin, Microsoft and GitHub, among others.

Xwing plans to use the funding to scale operations and continue building the aerospace and software team. More information about Xwing’s $4 million seed financing can be obtained from the company announcement.

The Fenwick transaction team included corporate lawyers Michael Esquivel, Patrick Grilli and Noah Johnson; and technology transactions lawyers Stefano Quintini and Ziv Shafir.
