Fenwick Represents Zoosk in $255 Million Acquisition by Spark

Fenwick & West represented Zoosk, Inc., operator of a leading global online dating platform, in its acquisition by Spark Networks SE (NYSE American: LOV), a leading global dating company with a portfolio of premium brands, for approximately $255 million in cash and stock.

The acquisition of Zoosk will drive a meaningful increase in Spark’s scale, with over one million monthly paying subscribers across the two platforms. More information about Zoosk’s $255 million acquisition by Spark can be obtained from the company announcement.
