Fenwick & West LLP represented its client Cisco Systems, Inc. in its acquisition of Arroyo Video Solutions, Inc., a leading provider of video networking software for on-demand television and related consumer services. Cisco will pay approximately $92 million in cash for Arroyo in the transaction. The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals and closing conditions, and is expected to close in the first quarter of Cisco's fiscal year 2007, ending October 31, 2006.
