Fenwick Adds Corporate Partner Joshua Geffon to Growing Santa Monica Office
Mountain View, CA (October 15, 2019) – Fenwick & West today announced that Joshua Geffon has joined the firm as a corporate partner in its Santa Monica office.

Geffon counsels entrepreneurs, executives and in-house legal teams and works with innovative companies throughout their lifecycles, along with venture capital investors, private equity funds and investment banks. He advises emerging growth companies, conducts mergers and acquisitions, and provides counsel and advice to boards of directors and senior management on corporate governance issues.
He represents companies in a wide range of industries, including software, e-commerce and internet, life sciences, biotechnology, retail, consumer products, manufacturing, and healthcare information and management.
He co-chairs the American Bar Association’s Private Equity and Venture Capital Committee, and also speaks regularly about entrepreneurship and startup companies at universities throughout the region, including USC, UCLA and the University of California, Santa Barbara.
