Fenwick Tax and IP Partners Ranked as Leading US Lawyers

Fenwick tax partners David Forst and Jim Fuller, along with IP partners Sally Abel and David Hayes, were honored in Euromoney's 2019 Best of the Best USA guide. The guide recognized these four partners among the top 30 U.S. practitioners in their respective fields. Notably, Forst and Fuller are the only California-based lawyers ranked in the tax category this year.

The firm’s tax group has represented six of the Fortune Top 10 companies, over 50 of the Fortune 100 companies, and more than 100 of the Fortune 500 companies in federal tax matters. Forst focuses on international corporate taxation; and Fuller assists leading companies with a variety of domestic and international tax matters, both contentious and non-contentious. He earns recognition in this year’s guide among the 30 leading U.S. lawyers for information technology law.
