Mountain View, CA (January 5, 2017)– Fenwick & West, a leading technology and life sciences law firm, announced today that Ethan Skerry has joined the firm as a corporate partner in its New York office.
Skerry focuses on M&A, private equity, joint venture and other complex transactions for technology, life sciences and media companies, as well as private equity sponsors and venture investors.
