The Deal Gives Top Honors to Fenwick and M&A Practice Co-Chair Kris Withrow

Fenwick and M&A practice co-chair Kris Withrow took home the top dealmaking honors at The Deal’s 2021 Middle Market Awards, with the firm receiving a total of five awards at Thursday’s event.

Fenwick was honored as the Technology, Media & Telecom Law Firm of the Year. Withrow received two awards--Dealmaker of the Year and Technology, Media & Telecom Dealmaker of the Year for the firm’s represenation of Tubi in its acquisition by Fox Corporation. Fenwick also received the Deal of the Year and the Technology, Media & Telecom Deal of the Year awards for this work.

The Deal’s 2021 Middle Market Awards recognize the lawyers, law firms, bankers and other M&A service providers that are leaders and innovators in the world of M&A dealmaking. This is the second consecutive year Withrow has been honored as the Technology, Media & Telecom Dealmaker of the Year.
