Adrian advises clients in the technology and life sciences industries on a broad variety of litigation and regulatory matters. His experience spans trademark disputes, investigations from whistleblower complaints, international cryptocurrency regulations, appeals before the Federal Circuit, and late-stage private company governance and securities trading.

Adrian serves on the Board of Directors for the Aids Legal Referral Panel (ALRP) in the Bay Area.

During law school, Adrian was the President of the Student Bar Association and Co-Chair of the Latinx Law Students Association.
