Brian practices in the area of utility patent prosecution for technology clients, including mobile devices and their user interfaces, wireless data communication, social networking, virus detection, content management, user interface design, optical communication systems, web analytics, connected home systems and video encoding. He also has experience prosecuting foreign patent applications in Europe, China, Japan and other countries.

Prior to rejoining Fenwick, Brian worked for Motorola Mobility and Patent Law Works.

During law school, Brian was inducted into the Tau Beta Pi and Eta Kappa Nu honor societies.
