Courtney is an experienced litigator who represents leading life sciences and technology companies in high-stakes disputes, including complex commercial disputes, intellectual property matters, trade secret misappropriation, and antitrust claims. She has handled all phases of litigation, from pleading through discovery, dispositive motion practice, and trial.

Courtney is deeply committed to pro bono service and has developed a robust practice in civil rights and immigration matters. Her work includes federal civil rights litigation under §1983 claims and enforcement of the Equal Credit Opportunity Act.

Before joining Fenwick, Courtney was a litigation associate at an Am Law 100 firm. During law school, Courtney served as Senior Articles Editor for the Berkeley Technology Law Journal and externed at the Federal Trade Commission’s Office of Policy Planning.
