Erika works to enhance the firm’s connection with and participation in impactful pro bono projects, along with the senior director of corporate social responsibility/pro bono counsel. She collaborates with legal services organizations to help develop meaningful pro bono opportunities for our lawyers that help fill a critical legal need in the surrounding communities and ensure that the most vulnerable members in society can access the quality representation they need to move forward in their lives. She also builds innovative partnerships with commercial clients to increase pro bono involvement by the legal community at large.
Prior to joining Fenwick, Erika was a senior housing attorney and lead pro bono attorney at the Law Foundation of Silicon Valley, where she led pro bono clinics and represented clients in eviction defense cases and housing-related affirmative litigation. Prior to that, she was an associate attorney at a Midwestern employment and civil rights law firm.
