Jim is widely recognized as a top litigator in New York by Chambers USA, IAM Patent 1000, LMG Life Sciences and The Legal 500.

Jim is a fantastic attorney. His approach to litigation is very no-nonsense and practical, and he is a very good adversary who sets the bar in terms of the kind of lawyer that you want to work with.”
