Jordan represents technology and life science companies in a variety of matters, including shareholder class actions, derivative litigation, Section 220 demands, internal investigations, and other complex litigation disputes.
During law school, Jordan competed as a part of the Jessup International Law Moot Court Team and served as the Vice President of the Black Law Students Association.
