Nicholas advises clients in the technology and life sciences industries on a broad variety of litigation matters.

Prior to joining Fenwick, Nicholas worked as a regulatory affairs and licensing manager for a financial services and digital payments company, where he managed the company’s money transmission licensing program and advised cross-functional teams on regulatory compliance. Nicholas was also a summer associate for Fenwick and for an Am Law 50 firm in New York. During law school, Nicholas was on the Editorial Board of the Duke Law Journal.
