For over 20 years, Per has represented issuers and underwriters on U.S. and cross-border debt and equity offerings including on initial public offerings and follow-on equity offerings, as well as public and private high-yield debt and convertible bond offerings. He has extensive expertise in the technology, healthcare and life sciences, insurance, finance, consumer products, energy, and real estate industries.

Per’s domestic issuer clients include Accel Entertainment, BILL, GeneDx, and Velo3D. He has represented several companies on de-SPAC mergers and ongoing corporate matters, including Sema4 and Proterra. Per has also served as underwriter’s counsel to numerous investment banks on IPOs and follow-on offerings, including offerings for Tandem Diabetes Care and Kaleyra.

Per has extensive experience working with non-U.S. companies on debt and equity capital-raising transactions in the United States. He acted as issuer’s counsel for Bermuda-based Watford Holdings on their direct listing of common shares and the first ever direct listing on Nasdaq; Materialise and Quotient on their respective initial public offerings in the United States; and Geneta Sciences on U.S. offering transactions. Per has also advised underwriters on billions of dollars of cross-border debt and equity offerings in multiple sectors.

Prior to joining Fenwick, Per was a partner in the capital markets group of a leading global law firm.
