Robina concentrates on a broad range of corporate matters, including startups, mergers and acquisitions and capital markets.

Prior to joining Fenwick, Robina worked at a leading law firm.

While attending law school, she served as a copy editor of the Southern California Interdisciplinary Law Journal and provided pro bono legal services with the USC Immigration Clinic. Robina also served as an extern to the Honorable William Alsup in the United States District Court in the Northern District of California.
