Scott advises on litigation matters, with an emphasis on patent litigation matters and post-grant proceedings in the technology and life sciences industries. Scott has also prosecuted patents for technologies across a variety of spaces, including medical devices, cellular telecommunications and business methods.
In his pro bono practice, Scott has represented clients in various family law matters.
Prior to joining Fenwick, Scott was an associate at a prominent international law firm. Before law school, he was a patent agent at a New York-based law firm.
