Fenwick Represents AppLovin in Definitive Agreement to Acquire Adjust

Fenwick represented AppLovin, a global technology platform that provides developers a unified set of tools to grow their businesses, in its definitive agreement to acquire Adjust, a global mobile app measurement and marketing company, headquartered in Berlin.

The acquisition will expand AppLovin’s mobile app ecosystem, while Adjust continues to operate as a distinct company and retain its brand and culture. The closing of the acquisition is subject to customary approvals. More information can be obtained from AppLovin’s announcement.
