Fenwick Represents Circulation in Acquisition by LogistiCare

Fenwick & West represented Circulation, Inc., a technology-enabled logistics solutions and analytics provider for managing non-emergency transportation across healthcare, in its acquisition by LogistiCare, LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of The Providence Service Corporation (Nasdaq: PRSC), the nation’s largest manager of non-emergency medical transportation programs for state governments and managed care organizations. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The acquisition of Circulation will advance LogistiCare’s central aim to deliver a differentiated user experience and a core technology and analytics platform that better positions LogistiCare for growth.
