Fenwick & West represented Cisco Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: CSCO), the worldwide leader in networking, in its acquisition of Cliqr Technologies Inc., a privately held company based in San Jose. Under the terms of the agreement, Cisco will pay $260 million in cash and assumed equity awards, plus retention based incentives.
