Fenwick Represents Faire in $170 Million Series E Financing

Fenwick represented Faire, an online wholesale marketplace empowering small business owners and independent brands to buy and sell wholesale online, in its $170 million Series E financing led by Sequoia Capital.

Faire will use this additional capital to continue building more products and services to support retailers and brands. More information can be obtained from Faire’s announcement.
