The company sold 8,900,000 shares of its common stock and the selling stockholders sold 11,570,000 shares of common stock, including the shares sold upon exercise of the underwriters’ option to purchase additional shares, at a price to the public of $24.00 per share.
J.P. Morgan, Citigroup and Barclays acted as lead joint book-running managers for the offering. Allen & Company LLC, Stifel, Baird, MCS Capital Markets, Piper Jaffray and Raymond James acted as co-managers for the offering.
