Fenwick & West represented Ketra, Inc., the leading supplier of smart lighting and controls, in its acquisition by Lutron Electronics Co., Inc, a leader in smart lighting controls and automated shading solutions. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The acquisition of Ketra will allow Lutron to offer a comprehensive light control solution with customizable lighting, control and automated shades for residential and commercial applications. More information about Ketra’s acquisition by Lutron can be obtained from the company announcement.
